these peaple are scammers.they are picking on a 13 year old saying she took out a payday loan and that she owes $600.00.I traced a phone number to ny-ny.a friend with the us marshalls is already tracting them down.

I have received many phone calls to my work from this number regarding my "debt" of which i have none - he disclosed personal information to a collegue. He said he was calling first from Consumer Crediy Services and then from Debt Management Service. I phoned DMS who advised they have received many calls from other people having the same problem but assured me its not them.

"Hello, this is Heather" I get calls from this # every few days. This is quite irritating because I have asked to be removed from their call lists on numerous occasions and they still keep calling me. Furthermore, the # that they are calling me on is an emergency communication asset aboard my passenger vessel and its purpose is to function as a redundancy back up for our emergency radio gear. Any non authorized use of that asset endangers my vessel, crew and company. In effect, their incessant calls could be characterized as acts of tampering with an emergency communications system. Such acts are considered by federal law enforcement specialists as felony crimes and could be considered as acts of terrorism. These people called and threatened me and said I was going to jail for fraud. They say I owe them money and I don't! They keepo calling me all hours and scream when they leave a message, I'm scared to death, I have 3 kids and I don't know what to do!!

Just said he wanted to speak to someone I knew and they had left my name as a contact. He said, I have a matter I am sure they want to take care of.
